North River Historic Ship Festival will return in 2016.  Then, we will provide events similar to previous festivals: free boat rides, dockside ship tours, a circus on a barge, fishing on the river, knot-tying. Unfortunately the festival will not take place in 2015.

Due to conflicts with other programs in Hudson River Park and a trip to the shipyard for Lehigh Valley Barge No. 79, we have finally decided to call off  2015’s North River Historic Ship Festival.  The Festival will return in 2016 with events similar to previous festivals: free boat rides, dockside ship tours, a circus on a barge, fishing on the river, knot-tying.  Sign up for the email list for reminders as the next festival dates get closer.  Watch our video of the 2014 Festival to whet your appetite and we’ll see you on board!
